We do not receive copies of your medical information. We will maintain an internal database, as well as keep files to record personal information, underwriting follow up, conversations that we may have concerning your application and future notes pertaining to policy service. This information is located in a secure section of our office and is accessible only by those directly involved with the services we provide. We may also access information concerning your insurance policies, investments and benefit plans directly with the Insurance and Investment Companies to provide service to you or an authorized representative.
If your authorized representative requests information concerning the status of your insurance policies, investments or benefit plans, this information will be provided unless a subsequent authorized representative is appointed and we receive a written letter of authorization from you.
